Woburn, MA October 2016 We are pleased to announce that Villas at Houston Levee East, located in Cordova, TN, has achieved the top 50 in J Turner Researchs September Online Reputation Assessment Power Rankings update. Villas at Houston Levee East was ranked 20th out of a total 62,000 apartment communities that were surveyed. Final ORA Power Rankings will be announced at the end of the first quarter 2017.

Woburn, MA Panther Properties is pleased to announce the sale of Integra Cove Apartments for $60.4 million on June 23rd, 2016. Integra Cove is a newly developed 338-unit Institutional Class "A" apartment community which was completed in December of 2015. It is the second property from Panther's 2013 PPI Fund I to be developed, stabilized and sold. Integra Cove is ideally located adjacent to the main entrance to SeaWorld, immediately off Interstate 4 in the heart of South Orlando. Construction began in February 2014, and was completed in December 2015.

Woburn, MA – Panther Properties announces the closing of the sale of Integra Village Apartments in Sanford, Florida for $33.5 million on October 23, 2015. Integra Village in Sanford Florida was one of the four assets in Panther's PPI Fund I. Panther raised capital for the Fund in late 2013 and early 2014 to purchase one stabilized Class "A" asset and three ground-up development projects. Integra Village was one of the firm's two ground-up developments in the greater Orlando, Florida area. PPI Fund I owned 60% of the Villages property.

Woburn, MA - Panther Properties announced that it has acquired Astoria Riverside in Atlanta, Georgia. Panther purchased the 280-unit Class "A" luxury apartment community for $29.5 million.
Upon closing, the property was brought under Panther's operational umbrella and re-branded Panther Riverside Parc. The local property management team was upgraded with additional hires and has begun to convert the property to Panther's operational platform. Re-branding efforts and capital improvements include new signage along with minor renovations across the complex. All work was geared toward making the property more attractive to prospective renters and enhance the living experience for existing tenants.

Woburn, MA - Panther Properties announced that it has closed on the sale of Venue Apartments in Orlando, Florida. Panther sold the 306 unit Class "A" apartment community for $43.3 million.

Boston-based Panther Properties, a private equity multifamily investment firm, has acquired Fern Parc (formerly Renaissance at Memorial) for $9.5 million ($27,860/unit). Fern Parc is a 341-unit Class "C" multifamily located at 4100 South Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, Alabama 35802. On January 2, 2014, Panther began construction on a $6.1 million ($17,836/unit) renovation of Fern Parc with the objective of upgrading the asset from a Class "C" community to the submarket-leading Class "B" community.
