AMANDA MACKLING
Regional Manager
Role at Panther: As a Regional Manager, Amanda works directly with the Atlanta-based management team to maintain short and long-term goals under the direction of the executive management team. Amanda has an accounting background which allows her to have a strong focus on financials and identify opportunities to maximize revenue growth. Amanda's background and leadership experience has made Panther successful throughout the southeast markets.
Relevant Experiences: Amanda joined Panther Residential Management in 2013. Amanda brings more than 13 years of experience with a diverse background in property management ranging from affordable housing to luxury high-rise communities. Working in the industry in multiple facets has allowed Amanda to bring onsite experience to the executive decision-making process. Prior to property management, Amanda spent time in accounting roles with various project management companies.
Education/Affiliations: Amanda holds a Housing Credit Certified Professional designation and has completed her Certified Apartment Manager courses under the National Apartment Association.

ADAM DUDLEY
Director / Principal
Role at Panther: As Director of Property Management Adam provides leadership, vision, and direction to the property management division of the organization. He is responsible for overseeing the management, leasing, maintenance and marketing of Panther Residential's entire portfolio. Adam directs and monitors the short-term and long-term property business plans in coordination with the executive management team.
Relevant Experiences: Adam has more than 20+ years of experience in property management. He has served in management, supervisory, and leadership roles across the Southeast and Texas at Greystar, The Lynd Company, Bell Partners, and CF Lane (formerly The Lane Company). Adam has been involved in numerous property transitions, lease ups, re-positioning and sales and has managed or supervised over 13,000 apartments in his career. His strengths are in maximizing revenue opportunities for owners, cultivating teams, and strategic planning.
Education/Affiliations: Adam holds a real estate license in the state of Georgia, a Community Association Managers license in the state of Florida, a Certified Apartment Manager designation with the National Apartment Association and is a Certified Property Manager candidate with IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). He also currently serves on the Legislative Committee for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando.

JENNIFER M. CARTER
Marketing & Training Manager
Current Responsibilities: Jennifer is responsible for conceptualizes and executes both corporate and property marketing strategies, including oversight of media planning and advertising, public relations and corporate communications, interactive marketing programs, merchandising, and other brand guardianship initiatives. She also provides direction for the marketing staff in the day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing programs with the site teams.
Relevant Experiences: Prior to joining Panther, Jennifer was the director of marketing for Place Properties with a portfolio that was located across the United States. She also held marketing positions at Apartment Guide and trained companies and property managers in industry best practices. Prior to that, Jennifer was a traveling property manager for Aspen Square Management.
Education/Affiliations: Jennifer holds a B.A. in Business Management from Westfield State University and an M.B.A. in Business Entertainment from Full Sail University.

Current Responsibilities: Callie supports and maintains the firm's digital advertising platform while assisting in executing strategic and tactical marketing plans. Her work is focused on implementing advertising, pricing, general marketing and other campaigns to drive traffic and tenant occupancy to achieve optimal leasing, financial and company performance.
Relevant Experiences: Callie joined Panther in 2011 having 2 years of previous experience in the multifamily industry. Starting with the company as a Leasing Specialist, Callie was swiftly promoted to Asst. Manager then Business Manager and now to her current role as Marketing Manager. Prior to joining Panther, Callie held positions at Davis Development and Greystar.
Education/Affiliations: Callie attended Georgia State University & Clayton State University.
